Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you to request returns within 30 days of receiving your item-PayPal's standard purchase protection plan.

Return Eligibility

Items must be in their original condition: unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required.

How to Return

  1. Unshipped orders:​​ Click the "Order Cancel" button on the order details page to cancel your order.
  2. Shipped orders:​​ Please reach out to us via hello@thearnub.com. Include the following in your email: order number, full name, PayPal email, and photographs (product, freebies, accessories, packaging box)
    - Returns sent without prior authorization will be rejected
    - Approved returns will receive a Return Shipping Label (does not include postage) and Return Authorization Slip (A form that contains a barcode and item description for the products being returned. The slip must be included inside the return package alongside the items. A missing Return Authorization Slip may result in us not receiving your return, making you ineligible for a refund.).
  3. It may take up to 7 days to process the return once it’s delivered to a fulfillment center.

Damaged/Defective Items

Inspect items immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 24 hours for defective/damaged/wrong items to facilitate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items
- Perishables (food, flowers, plants)
- Customized/personalized products
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials (flammables, gases)
- Clearance/sale items marked "Final Sale"
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We recommend:
1. Return original item
2. Repurchase desired item separately after return approval

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method:

- Within 5 business days after inspection

- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 days

- Note: The PayPal fees for any refunds you receive will not be reimbursed and will be deducted from the refund amount.

This enhanced policy supplements PayPal's protections while maintaining compliance with consumer protection regulations. All disputes should be resolved through our portal before involving third-party platforms.
